Immix Appoints Melissa Rojo as Product Transformation Leader

Commercial monitoring software provider Immix has named Melissa Rojo as its vice president of product transformation.
Rojo will direct product development aimed at improving monitoring efficiency, operator response times and auditing compliance across the software platform.
She holds a decade of experience deploying operational artificial intelligence systems in regulated environments. Central monitoring stations face persistent operational delays from high volumes of sensor notifications, requiring operators to isolate genuine security incidents while maintaining verification standards.
Rojo previously managed the implementation of enterprise platforms, workflow tools and public sector data systems. Her work includes deploying artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technologies in audit-sensitive operations.
She holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and completed executive training at INSEAD Business School.
