Honeywell has announced new mobile remote access capability to its popular HRDP H 264 DVR. The new Remote-View app allows users to view live video on their Apple iPhones from CCTV surveillance systems that use Honeywell’s HRDP H.264 DVR.
The acquisition expands the company's energy management and smart grid portfolio.
Users can see a live video feed to ensure that the person using the access card is the person with access permission.
Using a DVR and a mobile app, the owner powered up his phone and saw bartenders giving away free drinks.
Security information and event management solutions now can report over unidirectional gateways and collect logs and events.
