Securitron’s M380 Magnalocks are the newest addition to the low-profile line of maglocks introduced with the M680 Series. The 600-lb holding force Magnalocks combines curved lines, a low profile and a variety of finishes for access control. Bracket mounting and a plastic template provide labor savings and perfect alignment during installation. The M380 features tamper-detection, Securitron’s BondSTAT lock bond sensor and a door position sensor. Whenever it detects movement in a specified zone, it automatically differentiates a threat from a nonthreat, and immediately notifies security staff if necessary. Person detection is carried out within a radius of 80 meters from this device. Connected remotely via a portable computer device, it enables remote surveillance and does not depend on security staff patrolling the area.
