videoNEXT, North American Video Announce Partnership

videoNEXT, a developer of security management solutions, recently announced it has signed a value-added reseller agreement with North American Video (NAV). NAV will integrate videoNEXT's Security Knowledge Manager (SKM) as a part of its video surveillance and security systems solutions offering.

"This new partnership with North American Video helps us further penetrate the commercial market," said Chris Gettings, videoNEXT's chairman and vice president of business development. "Large facilities require hundreds or thousands of cameras to protect their property, patrons and employees. Our Security Knowledge Manager provides casinos with a simple way to view and manage the immense amount of video they record. With significant experience designing and implementing some of the largest video surveillance systems internationally, NAV will be able to open up doors for us to industries where our solution is a perfect fit."

"We evaluated numerous video surveillance management solutions on the market and concluded that videoNEXT's Security Knowledge Manager offers robust features that deliver the functionality our clients demand. We were impressed with its open architecture, ease of management, storage scalability and its flexibility to integrate with different camera vendors," said Cynthia Freschi, president of North American Video. "We look forward to working with videoNEXT to provide innovative, reliable video surveillance solutions."

videoNEXT's SKM is an open, standards-based software solution that works with almost any IP, digital or analog camera, runs on any Intel or compatible server and uses an organization's existing security and data infrastructure.
