AMAG Technology Expands Corporate Headquarters

AMAG Technology, a security management and digital video solutions provider, is expanding its headquarter building in Torrance, Calif., doubling its existing size.

Because AMAG Technology has continued to grow even in this current downturn, additional space is needed to continue to provide exceptional support to its customer base. The $1 million expansion project, which is already underway, will provide significant additional space and offices for Customer Service and Technical Support activities. Additionally, the warehouse space will double so that additional product will be available on the shelf for same day shipments.

The expansion also includes a new Technology Center that will house an interactive display of AMAG’s Symmetry Security Management Systems and Symmetry Video Management Solutions.

“We are taking the opportunity to expand our footprint and provide space for continued growth necessitated by AMAG’s advancing position in the security market,” said AMAG Technology president Bob Sawyer. “This doubling of our space is required to continue to provide exceptional service to our customers.”

AMAG also has an East Coast facility located in Virginia which will be expanded in the near future due to increases in AMAG government business.
