Omnipresence 3D Central Command Integrates C•CURE 9000 Access Control System

Feeling Software has collaborated with Software House, part of Tyco Security Products, to integrate the capabilities of Software House C•CURE 9000 security and event management software into Feeling Software’s Omnipresence 3D Security Platform. With this integration, Feeling Software enables its customers to manage the day-to-day use of their underlying access control system via Omnipresence 3D Central Command. Through deep integration, related CCTV video and other security-related alarms are all visualized together with the access control system within Omnipresence 3D.

“Combining the C•CURE 9000 access control system within our 3D oriented Central Command platform means that security guards gain a true situational awareness whenever an event transpires,” said Christian Laforte, CEO of Feeling Software. “We will continue to integrate open third-party systems within Omnipresence 3D. Customers are demanding integration into a common operating picture; this is a major trend that we can expect to see continue throughout the next decade in the security and public safety industries.”

Omnipresence 3D uses an intuitive 3D mapping interface to visualize all systems controlled by security operators. Today, the system is used for citywide security, military bases, mass transit and large campuses. As an integration platform, Omnipresence 3D unifies third-party security subsystems such as access control, video management, gunshot detection and license plate recognition into a single common operating picture. Omnipresence 3D channels alarms from all underlying systems, unifying them with a common prioritization scheme. Alarms, whether generated at a perimeter, by an individual’s call, by a camera’s motion detection, are prioritized on a common scale for intuitive, effective response.
