Lieberman Software Expands to India through Partnership with Quoinx Technologies

Lieberman Software Corporation announced today that the company has entered into a channel partner agreement with Quoinx Technologies. Quoinx is providing Lieberman Software’s privileged identity management products to customers throughout India, helping organizations secure privileged accounts, protect sensitive data and achieve regulatory compliance.

Lieberman Software is an innovator in the rapidly-growing, privileged, identity-management market with nearly 20 years of experience delivering solutions that secure powerful, privileged accounts throughout large enterprises. Quoinx specializes in providing infrastructure security, data security, identity and access management, as well as security monitoring solutions to large, multi-location customers in all major vertical markets.

According to recent research from Gartner, the IT market in India is the third-largest among emerging economies and the fifth-largest among developing and mature Asia/Pacific countries. Based on this vibrant growth, Lieberman Software is focusing on India as a prime market for its privileged identity management (PIM) security products.

The company’s flagship, PIM solution, Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM), automatically locates every privileged account within the IT infrastructure, regularly changes each account’s password to a unique and complex value, and then deploys the password changes wherever they are used in the data center. Privileged accounts are used by IT administrators, computer services and software applications to access sensitive information and IT resources.

By controlling access to these powerful accounts, ERPM helps secure an organization’s most crucial, proprietary data. It provides the accountability of showing precisely who had access to sensitive systems, at precisely what time and for what stated purpose. This information can be provided to security auditors to verify compliance with major regulatory mandates.

“Quoinx’ expertise as a data-security, solution provider uniquely positions the company as an ideal partner to expand our presence in the emerging, Indian, IT market,” said Jess Richter, director of sales at Lieberman Software. “We expect this partnership to deliver significant dividends for both companies.”

Acknowledging this partnership, Rama Mohan, CEO of Quoinx Technologies said, “Our partnership with Lieberman Software reflects our continuous endeavor to provide innovative and best-of-breed technologies that help our customers meet their business challenges. We are privileged to be part of Lieberman’s expansion into this region. We believe that our customers will benefit from Lieberman Software’s feature-rich and secure privileged identity management products, combined with our strong consulting and technology support teams.”
