Bill Turner Joins Universal Surveillance Systems as VP of Customer Relations

Bill Turner Joins Universal Surveillance Systems as VP of Customer RelationsUniversal Surveillance Systems LLC (USS), the architects of loss prevention solutions, has named Bill Turner as vice president, customer relations. With over 30 years of executive level loss prevention (LP), customer service, operations and logistics experience in the retail and entertainment industries, Turner will oversee client development and strategic planning to reach new markets and direct customer relations initiatives during company expansion.

Turner was most recently senior director of retail operations with the Cole Haan Division of Nike, Inc. where he was responsible for national store operations, loss prevention, facilities, inventory management and training. His background also includes executive positions with Walt Disney World Company in operations, support services and distribution; with Lorimar, Inc. in facilities management, procurement, transportation, risk management and policy development; and with Bullock’s Department Stores as vice president of operations overseeing security, loss prevention, expense control, staffing and customer service.
