Bosch Signs New Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro

Bosch Signs New Distribution Agreement with Ingram MicroBosch Security Systems, Inc. has signed a new agreement with Bosch Signs New Distribution Agreement with Ingram MicroIngram Micro Inc. to make its products available to the distributor’s channel partners.  U.S. customers of Ingram Micro’s Physical Security business unit will now have access to Bosch’s broad portfolio of products and systems for communications, video surveillance, intrusion detection and access control.

“The rapid adoption of IP-based systems is driving new opportunities for IT resellers and systems integrators to expand their offerings to include physical security and communications solutions for their customers,” said Jeremy Hockham, president of sales – Americas, Bosch Security Systems, Inc. “As a result of this agreement, more businesses will benefit from the unique features and reliable performance that our systems deliver. Our channel partners will gain access to Ingram Micro’s robust training resources, vast knowledge and experience in IP technology, integration and data storage.”

The Ingram Micro Physical Security business unit makes it easier for IT resellers and traditional security dealers to transition to IP security technology, and to sell and service complete, customized video surveillance, communications, intrusion detection and access control systems. The distributor offers solutions for a number of markets, including small- and medium-sized businesses, retail, education, government and more. Training programs include hands-on, physical security workshops, boot camps and solution summits.
