Morse Watchmans Innovative Key Control and Management Systems with Advanced Features

Morse Watchmans continues to build on its technology leadership in key control and management systems with an enhanced product line-up on display this week at ASIS. Featured enhancements to the KeyWatcher Touch include scheduled reports and automatic email notifications as well as key reservations. Morse Watchmans is also showcasing the KeyWatcher Illuminated, KeyWatcher TrueTouch management software package, a mobile app and a variety of modules for custom configurations including lockers and credit/access card modules.

“Our portfolio of key control solutions combines advanced technology and functionality to ensure comprehensive security and management of keys,” said Fernando Pires, VP Sales and Marketing, Morse Watchmans. “With upgraded communication features such as scheduled reports and automatic email notifications, Morse Watchmans key control solutions are even more powerful and purposeful in an overall security strategy.”

KeyWatcher Touch now offers the convenience of scheduled PDF reports that are automatically emailed to authorized recipients. Email delivery of customized or standard reports can be scheduled for any frequency or specific time, or they can be accessed using the Morse Watchmans smartphone app. System administrators have access to view or run reports as needed. An additional feature newly implemented enables security management to easily notify a user via email when a key becomes overdue.

KeyWatcher TrueTouch software runs all programming, remote functions and reports for all KeyWatcher Touch locations while the server performs synchronizations of transactions as well as maintaining the SQL database. Both access control systems and customized client control software interface with the server application.

KeyWatcher Illuminated can be configured with a variety of modules and customized to specific user needs. In addition to several different key modules, available modules include the credit/access card module and single and dual locker modules which can be used in any KeyWatcher system for holding small valuable items.

Morse Watchmans’ Mobile App enables authorized users to see a wide range of live information and to interact remotely with the KeyWatcher Touch key control and asset management system. It’s a highly efficient and easy to use tool that makes it easy to manage key control while on the go.

Also on display are the KeyBank Key Control System that provides total accountability of large quantities of keys; KeyPro Software, KeyRings, PowerCheck Guard Tour System and TourPro Data Sorting Software.

Even highly specific regulations like the U.S.’s National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) can have international reverberations – and this growing volume of legislation has continued to affect global supply chains in a variety of different ways.
