Security Professionals Can Now Apply for Secure Your Future Scholarship

The University of Phoenix is now accepting applications from security professionals to award ten full-tuition Jeff Greipp Secure Your Future scholarships. Each scholarship will allow a prospective student the opportunity to complete an undergraduate or master’s degree program at the University of Phoenix. Recipients may attend an on-ground campus or complete an online program. Those holding ASIS certifications will receive college credit when applicable.

All security industry professionals worldwide are eligible to win these scholarships as long as they meet the eligibility and criteria of the university. Those who receive the scholarship must meet all admission requirements and maintain good standing throughout the term of their scholarship.

The scholarship, formerly known as the ASIS Foundation Secure Your Future scholarship, is in honor of the contributions made by Jeff Greipp, JD. Greipp’s three years of collaborative research and inquiry led a project to create an Enterprise Security Competency Model. He has also presented at the ASIS Seminars in 2013 and 2014 on aligning academic curricula with industry needs. His leadership and vision live on through this scholarship program.
