Elite Interactive Solutions Expands Executive Team

Elite Interaction Solutions hires Kenneth McDowell as VP of Operations.

Elite Interactive Solutions announced today that they have expanded their executive team by bringing Kenneth McDowell on board as Elite’s VP of Operations. McDowell will be tasked with managing the company’s day-to-day operations for installation and service.

With over 25 years in the security industry, Mr. McDowell has been specializing in national security deployment for installation and service. Most recently, he spent the last 5 years of his 10 years at Interface Security Solutions as the Regional Operations Manager, where he oversaw 13 western states and helped deploy an in-house fleet of technicians and a large network of subcontract resources. His keen focus on customers, resource management, innovation, and improved operational efficiency led to significant growth within the company.

In prior years, Ken held a variety of management, operations, and sales positions at University of Irvine (UCI), and Johnson Controls. His career has focused on efforts to streamline processes, strengthen product lines, and drive operational efficiency and sales growth. Ken’s additional areas of expertise include Fire Life and Safety Technology, Cloud-Based Managed Broadband, Video Management, Managed Services and VoIP. McDowell spent 6 years in the Marine Corps, and attended the University of Phoenix.
