ISONAS Certified Integrator Training Hits the Road with New Technical Sales Trainer

Leading Colorado-based access control manufacturer appoints new technical sales trainer to drive deeper IP technology knowledge and support integrator partners.

ISONAS Inc. continues to expand its team and recently added a new technical sales trainer. Steve Anderson joins ISONAS in this role and will be responsible for conducting the ISONAS Certified Integrator classes throughout the U.S., as well as managing the online certification process that is already in place.

The ISONAS Certified Integrator Program is designed to ensure that partners are given the tools, resources and technical knowledge to provide superior support and installations to mutual customers.  This knowledge can be obtained through the self-service online training platform or through an onsite class with Anderson. ISONAS believes that access control belongs on the network and their certified integrator program proliferates their network and access control expertise to their partners.  In this role, Anderson will work closely with ISONAS integrators to provide ongoing solutions and support, allowing partners to reap the many benefits of Pure IP access control. He will hit the road and travel to various locations in the U.S., holding single-day training classes.

With 22 years of industry experience, Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge to ISONAS that is second to none.  In his last position, Anderson worked for 10 years as a systems integration engineer at Stanley Security, deploying enterprise-level access control and biometric systems.

“I’m extremely excited to be part of the ISONAS team and look forward to making the certification process seamless for our integrator partners,” said Anderson.

With Anderson’s experience teaching a certified alarm technician course for the Electronic Security Association (ESA) in addition to his industry experience, he will be a great addition to the ISONAS team and a valuable asset to customers. Integrators can become a certified ISONAS partner in just a single day and expand their solution offering to include the ISONAS Pure IP hardware (RC-04) as well as the Pure Access Software.

"Our integrator community is vital to our success, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to create a simple user experience with top-notch customer service is the mission of our technical sales trainer,” said Melissa Stenger, vice president of product management and marketing at ISONAS. “We continue to invest resources in our people and customers and look forward to the expertise Steve brings to our team.”

Since 1999, ISONAS has been revolutionizing access control with one simple solution and is today’s leading manufacturer of Pure IP Access Control hardware. The open architecture hardware can be paired with their cloud-hosted software or with any full-featured access control solution; providing a complete access control platform.  An ISONAS system provides an ideal product solution for securing facilities while reducing costs and providing all of the advantages that Pure IP technology brings to the door.  ISONAS is based in the global technology hub of Boulder, Colorado, and has one goal: To change the global access control market by providing a product solution that is secure, reliable, trusted, and more technologically advanced solutions that leverage IT architectures. Today, the company is realizing that vision with the ISONAS solution installed globally in over 30 countries in a wide variety of vertical markets.
