ADT Commercial Acquires Edwards Electronic Systems, Inc. 

ADT Commercial announces today that it has purchased premier fire, life safety and security systems provider, Edwards Electronic Systems, Inc., based out of Clayton and Concord, NC. The purchase of Edwards Electronic Systems further deepens the ADT Commercial organization’s integration capabilities and fire and life safety expertise to serve mid-market, national and large-scale commercial customers in the Carolinas region.

For nearly 25 years, Edwards Electronic Systems has been a trusted installer and service provider of fire and life safety, security, video surveillance, access control, nurse call and mass notification systems for commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare facilities across the Carolinas.
