Arcules Reinforces Cloud Video Leadership Position with Exclusive Canon Marketing Japan Partnership

As businesses demand cloud, Arcules-powered solution propels opportunities in new markets

Arcules has announced a strategic partnership with Canon Marketing Japan (Canon MJ). As part of the agreement, Canon MJ will distribute Arcules as a hybrid video cloud solution to its thousands of multi-site customers in the Japanese market.

Canon MJ, a leader in delivering high quality imaging solutions, has partnered exclusively with Arcules to provide a service that paves the way to the cloud by easing complexity, simplifying management, delivering recurring monthly revenue (RMR), and ensuring the highest security protocols.

VisualStage Pro powered by Arcules is an intuitive, natively high-resolution, cyber-secure VSaaS that supports more than 6,000 models of IP cameras and IoT sensors while making system management easy with a scalable infrastructure that unifies all of those devices into one platform.

"With VisualStage Pro, we will become the only vendor in Japan with expertise in both cloud and on-premise video management - as well as the only VSaaS with low-latency, high-definition video. Our goal is to simplify cloud adoption, and this hybrid solution makes it possible for our customers to easily transition to a cloud environment at a lower cost," said Tomoaki Terakubo, Canon MJ. "Arcules has delivered on its promise of a sleek and secure cloud platform that allows us to provide the best-in-class functionality our customers need to succeed now, and as they scale."

Arcules' partnership with Canon MJ further ignites tremendous growth and international opportunity for Arcules. With additional growth across EMEA, this opportunity will bolster the global support needed to bring video cloud adoption to the next level.

"We are honored to be launching our product alongside Canon MJ. With VisualStage Pro powered by Arcules, we are part of a major industry shift toward cloud technology by making video surveillance easy, secure, and reliable,” said Andreas Pettersson, CEO, Arcules. "It’s exciting to take the next step in our international expansion by partnering with our parent company to accelerate adoption of Arcules and empower organizations to optimize how they do business."
