Personnel Changes in the Security Industry

Security Door Controls is pleased to announce the addition of Erik Mosher and Les Neal to the SDC sales team. Mosher is the national sales associate at the manufacturer level, bringing a true understanding of customer challenges and opportunities. Neal is the factory sales associate. Hired in January 2020, he had challenges with the COVID pandemic. Neal is back and as the inside sales support team with more than 35 years of experience of locksmith, door, frame, hardware and architectural sales experience.

Shooter Detection Systems welcomes Brian Harrell as a member of the SDS advisory board. He will help SDS team understand the national security implications of gun violence and active shooter threats. He will also serve to educate the public about solutions like gunshot detection and integrated security technologies.

Alcatraz AI has hired Tad Druart as vice president of marketing. Druart will oversee the company’s global marketing programs, including brand strategy, product marketing and communications.

Kwikset brand of Spectrum Brands has named Ben Myers as the national sales manager, leading sales throughout the United States. His responsibilities will include developing and executing sales and distribution strategies for the company’s electronic lock products within the residential security and consumer electronic professional trade channels.

Paxton Access Ltd. has announced the retirement of Tony Ratcliffe, who is retiring from his role of group chairman at Paxton. His tenure of nearly four decades spans a small enterprise launching TOUCHLOCK to a multi-million dollar international business, exporting to more than 60 countries, securing more than 30,000 buildings annually. His son, Sholto Ratcliffe will take over the role as non-executive group chairman.

Sentry Enterprises has named Mikhail Friedland as chief technology officer. His expertise brings development and deployment of high-assurance, scalable and secure operating systems. Freidland also has expertise in Blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions, secure key stores, tokenization and smart contracts.
