NAPCO Announces the Promotions of Two New Sales Directors

Napco Security Technologies, Inc., Amityville, NY is pleased to announce the recent promotion of two regional sales managers, to Sales Director, Troy Bonnano, for Napco Security & Fire, and Rob Etmans, for Napco Access Pro divisions, respectively. Stephen Spinelli, SVP of Sales for NAPCO Security Technologies, and its divisions said, “Both these sales professionals, joined the Company about 4 years ago, and in a relatively short time have distinguished themselves, with superior sales performance, dedication and technical acumen, serving their dealer-customers and the Company. We look forward to great things from Troy & Rob, and their making even greater contributions to their Teams.”

As Sales Directors, they will help coordinate regional sales managers’ efforts to meet sales and management objectives; driving channel management through Independent Reps and Distribution; supporting and helping create and on-board new and current dealer/integrators; conducting new product introductions, presentations, exhibitions and trainings across the country.

Troy Bonnano has extensive experience in the security industry and security technology, coming from several manufacturers and well-known distributors, in particular, dating back 3 decades. Rob (Rolf) Etmans, joined the security industry in integrated system sales in 2015, following positions with the Navy & OH Police, and earning college degrees in Electrical Engineering & Criminal Justice.
