LocklyPRO Strengthens Sales Leadership Team With Two Industry Veterans

LocklyPRO, the professional division of Lockly, and a leader in delivering advanced access solutions for commercial, multifamily, and enterprise properties, today announced the addition of two seasoned sales professionals to its growing leadership team. Wade Huber is now Western Region Sales Director, and Zachary Skidmore has been named Eastern Region Sales Director, appointments that mark a key milestone in LocklyPRO’s expansion strategy, which will strengthen its ability to serve customers nationwide and drive continued growth.

Huber brings more than two decades of sales leadership in the product development and security industries, most recently with ASSA ABLOY. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed national accounts, built strong relationships with builders and distributors, and implemented strategies that drove growth and retention. His expertise in wholesale and builder channels uniquely positions him to expand LocklyPRO’s presence across the Western United States.

Skidmore joins LocklyPRO with a strong background in enterprise security, having held leadership roles at Johnson Controls, Latch, Igloo, and Interlogix. In these roles, he partnered with property managers, developers, and systems integrators to deliver comprehensive access control, video surveillance, and smart building technology solutions. Recognized as a top performer, Skidmore will focus on expanding LocklyPRO’s reach in the Eastern United States, strengthening relationships, and driving adoption of advanced access solutions. "

Wade and Zack bring levels of expertise to LocklyPRO that will undoubtedly position us to reach untapped opportunities within residential and commercial markets," said Frank Polidoro, Chief Revenue Officer at LocklyPRO. "This industry presents unique challenges across every project that require the in-depth knowledge both individuals have, and now they'll be able to implement the future-ready solutions our company is known for."

With these appointments, LocklyPRO has reinforced its commitment to empowering property managers, developers, and businesses with solutions that combine advanced technology and trusted expertise. Huber and Skidmore will help drive implementation of LocklyPRO’s smart lock and access management systems, including the Lockly® GUARD™ hardware line and LocklyOS™ hardware management software, while supporting customers with tailored strategies for multifamily, commercial, and enterprise properties. Their leadership ensures that LocklyPRO can continue delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that simplify property management, enhance building security, and provide measurable value across all customer segments.
