DigiFlight Leader Named to SIA Power 100

Jazma Parker will be honored at ISC West 2026 for her contributions to national security and her mentorship within the industry.

The Security Industry Association has named Dr. Jazma Parker, director of security and facility security officer at DigiFlight Inc., to the 2026 SIA Women in Security Forum Power 100.

The annual initiative recognizes 100 women for professional achievements, leadership and innovation within the security sector. Parker is being recognized for a career that spans 17 years, including extensive work supporting Department of Defense national security programs and corporate industrial security operations.

Parker’s experience includes serving as a credentialed contract background investigator with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and working within the FBI Security Division’s Reinvestigations Unit. Between 2013 and 2019, she served in the Middle East as chief of security and lead intelligence analyst for four U.S. Army intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs.

In her current role at DigiFlight, Parker oversees security operations while mentoring early-career professionals and assistant facility security officers. Her efforts focus on encouraging advanced degrees and professional certifications to strengthen the national security workforce.

The 2026 Power 100 honorees are scheduled to be recognized during a ceremony at ISC West in Las Vegas on March 27. The event precedes the conference's final keynote presentation.

The Women in Security Forum Power 100 selection process evaluates nominees based on their impact on the industry, mentorship efforts and contributions to diversifying leadership within the security field.
