Zistos Corp.
• Zistos introduces its newest, most technologically advanced tool for cargo security and counter-terrorism operations.
• The ExplorerSCOPE is a 9mm diameter videoscope that allows an inspector to make a complete visual assessment of shipping containers, trailers or other cargo vessels through a hole as small as 10mm in diameter without opening doors or hatches.
• Designed for maximum portability, the ExplorerSCOPE is battery-powered and combines a powerful, internal, laser light source, coupled with electronically-enhanced, low-light video and a built-in, high-res, video monocular.
• It can generate images as far as 40+ feet away in pitch darkness and is completely functional by itself.
C.R. Laurence
Securing the perimeter of our buildings is more important today than ever. Window and door locks are an important security barrier, but what about when the occupants need to open them for ventilation? C.R. Laurence’s new Guarda Protective Security Screen System addresses this concern head-on. Guarda combines the strength of stainless steel mesh with an engineered, multi-point door and window frame system that securely captures the mesh for high resistance to forced entry. It provides unobstructed, clear views and protection, even when the windows or doors are open. Guarda passes dynamic impact, knife shear and jimmy tests, as well as the salt spray test, and is so secure that it can replace old-style, steel bars.
Takex America Inc
The Takex America, Inc. OMS-12FE uses a reliable dual-zone detection system to create 180 degrees of volumetric protection, with a range of 10’ to 40’. Equipped with four pyros, the detection field is divided into left and right zones that can be enabled or disabled as required for precise area control. The slim profile housing features a back tamper, and the clearly-labeled option switches make installation a breeze.
Atsumi Electric Co Ltd
The newly developed TriWatcher method from Atsumi Electric Co., Ltd. realizes high precision outdoor vigilance by discriminating/eliminating false alarm factors. Choose from 2 kinds of coverage patterns: wide angle, where the unit is installed in a high place, or pet alley, where the unit does not detect movements of objects that are lower than the height installed. By adopting a special visible-light cut filter, the unit considerably blocks external lights such as sunlight, car headlights, etc. It is equipped with a newly-designed spherical Fresnel lens that improves the unit's non-detect performance of small objects such as small animals, etc.
GPS Standard
• RADAR is a perimeter protection system realized with microwave volumetric sensors based on CHIRP RADAR effect with high performances.
• By using the electromagnetic waves provided along the protected perimeter it creates an invisible barrier.
• RADAR, with the Cross Technology, is able to detect any kind of crossing of its sensitivity area, and it can also indicate exactly the crossing point with 1 meter of accuracy in any weather or light conditions.
• The RADAR electronics is realized with a DSP microprocessor with exceptional processing power and signal analysis.
SRI International Sarnoff
The IOM PassThru drive-up iris recognition system for vehicle entry points enables accurate, biometric access control at the perimeter. Built on Iris-on-the-Move technology, the automated system is quick and easy to use, expediting the identity authentication earlier in the entry control process. The system performs in all environments under day and night conditions and integrates with existing access control systems.
Aiphone
The JM Series touchscreen video intercom system is designed to identify visitors at building entrances. The intercom features a 7-inch touchscreen for system navigation, door release and viewing visitors on the large display. Hands-free and handset communication is featured on all inside stations while picture memory records images onto an SD/SDHC card. The system supports up to eight inside stations for internal communication and four door stations. Flexible wiring choices using Cat-5e/6 cable help save on installation costs.
The Azco LightFence Perimeter Intrusion Detection uses a plastic optical fiber (AzcoWire) to detect intrusions on mesh, chainlink and barbwire fences. Fasten the plastic optical fiber (AzcoWire) to a chainlink or mesh fence with special bolts, then run the AzcoWire across the mesh and fasten them with a bend between the poles. There are zero false alarms due to vibrations or winds, and unlike microphone cables, plastic optical fiber (AzcoWire) only detects distortions caused by an intruder. The controller offers four, easy-to-adjust, sensitivity levels and is in an IP66-rated enclosure. A single controller device protects up to 820ft of linear fence, and several controllers can be placed in line for larger projects or to set zones.
TRES RF Solutions
The tres900 is a long-range, passive, UHF, tag reader specifically designed for a gated entry, vehicle ID and perimeter security industries. It will read EPC G2 tags in multiple form factors: windshield stickers, ISO cards, hang tags, and metal mount tags, from 15 to 30 feet away. The unique programming methodology allows users to program Wiegand data to any EPC G2 inlay. Wiegand, Serial and TCP/IP output formats are available. An inventory of generic tags allows us to fill most tag orders in days, not months.
Genetec
Genetec is unveiling the latest version of Security Center that blends video surveillance (Omnicast), access control (Synergis) and license plate recognition (Auto Vu) on a single, unified platform, while an advanced camera blocks to further strengthen privacy protection. A new, threat-level, management functionality allows users to respond to changing security conditions in real time. The remote workstation control and software video wall functionalities facilitate collaboration. HID’s next-generation Edge and VertX EVO access control product lines are integrated into the Security Center.
