Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Purchases Retail Branch Business Of National Guardian

Stanley Convergent Security Solutions recently announced the purchase of the retail branch business from National Guardian Security Services located in Norwalk, Conn. The purchase includes both commercial and residential accounts across the U.S. with strong concentration in California, Missouri and Kansas. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of these accounts from National Guardian continues our commitment to growing our electronic security platform domestically in the United States,” said Brett Bontrager, president of Stanley CSS.
