Lextech Labs’ Video Surveillance iPhone App Wins Edison Award For Innovation

Lextech Labs' iRa C3 video surveillance software won a Bronze Edison Award for Best New Technology Product on Thursday, April 29 in New York City. The award is presented to honor product innovation in the spirit of Thomas Edison.

"Winning the Edison Technology Award is validation that Lextech Labs has delivered a solution that is protecting lives and changing the way today's and tomorrow's surveillance systems are used,” said Jeff Gibson, president of Lextech Labs. “iRa C3 has unlocked the full potential of video surveillance by distributing realtime video to the people that need it the most. This recognition allows Lextech Labs to stand proud amongst other 2010 Edison winners like Motorola, Proctor and Gamble and 3M.

Apps are available for the iPad, iPhone, iPod touch and will soon be released for the Blackberry. UNIX, Linux, Mac and Microsoft Windows based Web browsers also serve as team viewing platforms. iRa C3 was developed by the Lextech Global Services engineering team.
