Pentax Ricoh Hires Industry Leader to Build Security Presence in America

Pentax Ricoh Imaging Americas Corp. has hired Frank Abrah to be director of national sales and marketing.

“Pentax Ricoh has sharpened its focus on serving the security market with the appointment of Frank Abram," said managing director Tom Harada. "His successful track record of creating sales and marketing strategies that generate mutually profitable and sustainable results is a perfect complement for our brand and our new initiatives.”

Abram will lead the security systems's marketing and sales initiatives to expand market share. He will work on product and marketing development and foster strategic initiatives with key partners and clients. He will also be responsible for for restructuring and growing the sales channel internally and externally to support the new business activity.

Abram brings more than 30 years of experience and knowledge of the physical security industry to this newly created senior executive position within Pentax Ricoh's security division. He has previously served in a variety of key sales and marketing leadership roles in the industry, where he created and executed strategies for the distribution of network and analog video surveillance and security solutions.
