manufacturer, is proud to announce the acquisition of Innovative Security Designs, Inc. (“ISD”) located in Irvine, California. This acquisition further asserts Digital Watchdog’s commitment to innovation and creating quality, easy-to-use solutions. This transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks.
Founded in 2012, ISD launched a new product in 2013 that captured not only SIA New Product Showcase’s “Best New Product” award, but “Best in Video Surveillance Camera HD (Megapixel),” as well.
Founded in 1987, Digital Watchdog has been successful in becoming a manufacturer of security solutions.
