Timothy O’Brien Promoted to Technical Support Manager

Speco Technologies is thrilled to announce the promotion of Timothy O’Brien to technical support manager. In his new role, O’Brien will oversee the technical support department, and ensure that all matters are handled in an efficient and timely manner.

O’Brien graduated from S.U.N.Y Farmingdale in 2016 with a degree in Security System and Networking. While attending college at Farmingdale University, he was a shift manager for A.M.F. Bowling Alley in Syosset. He worked there for eight years, and it provided him with experience in customer service. He started working at Speco in May of 2017 in the Technical Support department. He was promoted to Senior Tech Support Representative in October of 2019.

“I’m excited for this opportunity and I’m looking forward to continue to grow as a person and within the company,” O’Brien said.

“ He has been an exemplary employee since he first began working at Speco. He has shown that he understands how to satisfy our customers. His leadership will bring that to everyone in his group. We welcome Tim to his new role as Technical Support Manager,” company officials said.
