Hobbling on the Tradeshow Floor

Hobbling on the Tradeshow Floor

My knees are completely worn out but with my trusty cane, I was able to navigate the GSX show floor. I’m impressed with attendance, moreover the quality of attendees seeking new technology and security solutions.

It is time to get the knees replaced, and I’m told that today’s replacements are smart. What I’m really hoping for are knee replacements that will make me six inches taller. Surely with all the technology that I’ve seen on the show floor today and increase in height isn’t too much to ask.

One more tradeshow this year, ISC East, and it is time for me to get a tune up.

In my life of work, I depend upon several public relations people who set up booth visits and the opportunity to handle the security merch. A big shout out to one crew that reserved an interview room at the Altronix booth where they were kind enough to bring their clients. Thank you, Al Forman for the use of the interview room, and to the PR staff who knew I would be dragging by day’s end.

A big thanks to the various booth staff who were patient as a worked my way from place to place.

With end of GSX, my awesome staff and I will be pulling together what we call a digital Product Showcase. This gives us an opportunity to highlight various products with a direct link back to the manufacturer. There is a small fee to join this opportunity and if we missed you, please let me know. It won’t happen again. Our mission is to continually promote your product to the end user.

We are planning the same type of promotion prior to and post-ISC East. Please get in touch with me ([email protected]) and let us help you spotlight your product.
