ASSA ABLOY Debuts New Access Technologies at ISC West

Company showcases integrated digital locks and biometric systems designed for commercial and residential security at Booth 8061.

ASSA ABLOY is presenting a new lineup of digital access and physical security solutions this week at the ISC West 2026 conference, focusing on interoperability and integrated hardware for commercial and residential markets.

The company is hosting a series of "Learning Labs" at its exhibit to address specific sector challenges, including data center security and multifamily housing infrastructure. Among the primary product debuts is the Centrios Smart Reader Expansion Unit, a device designed to provide visual locking status and physical button control for passage modes on the secure side of an opening.

In the Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) category, the new IN220 lock from Corbin Russwin and SARGENT utilizes existing network infrastructure for both power and data. The unit includes an integrated reader core and audible alarms to notify staff if a door is held or forced open.

For multi-tenant environments, the company is showcasing the DoorBird D31TDV IP video intercom. The system supports up to 1,000 units and features a 7-inch touchscreen with RFID and Bluetooth capabilities. Additionally, the new DoorBird A1103 and A1104 indoor stations offer HD video and two-way audio with dedicated physical touch bars for high-traffic residential or commercial use.

Advanced biometric and power solutions are also featured. The Control iD iDFace Max uses facial identification algorithms capable of recognizing up to 100,000 faces, while LifeSafety Power is introducing the REK Series rackmount enclosure. The REK Series is designed for space-constrained environments like telecommunications rooms, integrating power and access controllers into a standard server rack format.

The exhibit also features NorBell, a mechanical door-closer accessory that rings upon entry without the need for batteries or wiring, and an integration between ASSA ABLOY ACCENTRA and Apple Wallet for mobile credentialing.
