WorkWave Appoints Melinda Vedder as HR Chief

Vedder will lead global talent strategy and cultural development as the software provider scales its operations.

WorkWave has appointed Melinda Vedder as chief human resources officer to lead the company’s people strategy and global scaling efforts.

In her new role, Vedder will oversee human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee experience and career development. The appointment comes as the software provider enters a new phase of market growth.

Vedder joins the company with more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership. She previously managed the expansion of a technology organization that grew from 125 employees to more than 3,000 across 15 countries.

"Her track record in HR leadership and scaling organizations makes her the ideal fit for WorkWave’s future growth trajectory," said Kevin Kemmerer, CEO of WorkWave.

Vedder’s responsibilities will include refining the employee experience and implementing skill development programs for the company’s global workforce.

"I look forward to building on the company’s strong foundation to create an environment where every employee can thrive," Vedder said.

Vedder holds a degree in communications from Saint Louis University.
