Allied Universal CEO Receives Transformative Leadership Award

The CEO Forum Group honors Steve Jones for driving AI innovation and global growth within the security and facility services industry.

The CEO Forum Group has named Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones as a recipient of the 2026 Transformative CEO Award. The organization also recognized Allied Universal as a Top 10 Business in America within the facilities services category.

The accolades highlight Jones’ role in integrating artificial intelligence into security and workforce management. Under his direction, the company developed the LISA platform, a proprietary AI system designed to streamline interactive support and operational efficiency.

Since Jones took the helm, the company has grown from a regional provider with $12 million in revenue to a global entity. Allied Universal currently maintains a workforce of approximately 800,000 employees and generates roughly $23 billion in annual revenue.

The CEO Forum Group selects award winners based on their ability to create value that transforms a company or reinvents an industry. Allied Universal was chosen for the Top 10 designation from a field of more than 1,500 evaluated organizations.

The selection criteria focus on leadership that drives performance through technology-driven services and integrated security solutions.
