Allied Universal CEO Receives Transformative Leadership Award

The CEO Forum Group honors Steve Jones for driving AI innovation and global growth within the security and facility services industry.

The CEO Forum Group has named Allied Universal Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones as a recipient of the 2026 Transformative CEO Award. The organization also recognized Allied Universal as a Top 10 Business in America within the facilities services category.

The accolades highlight Jones’ role in integrating artificial intelligence into security and workforce management. Under his direction, the company developed the LISA platform, a proprietary AI system designed to streamline interactive support and operational efficiency.

Since Jones took the helm, the company has grown from a regional provider with $12 million in revenue to a global entity. Allied Universal currently maintains a workforce of approximately 800,000 employees and generates roughly $23 billion in annual revenue.

The CEO Forum Group selects award winners based on their ability to create value that transforms a company or reinvents an industry. Allied Universal was chosen for the Top 10 designation from a field of more than 1,500 evaluated organizations.

The selection criteria focus on leadership that drives performance through technology-driven services and integrated security solutions.

Snap One has announced its popular Luma x20 family of surveillance products now offers even greater security and privacy for home and business owners across the globe by giving them full control over integrators’ system access to view live and recorded video. According to Snap One Product Manager Derek Webb, the new “customer handoff” feature provides enhanced user control after initial installation, allowing the owners to have total privacy while also making it easy to reinstate integrator access when maintenance or assistance is required. This new feature is now available to all Luma x20 users globally. “The Luma x20 family of surveillance solutions provides excellent image and audio capture, and with the new customer handoff feature, it now offers absolute privacy for camera feeds and recordings,” Webb said. “With notifications and integrator access controlled through the powerful OvrC remote system management platform, it’s easy for integrators to give their clients full control of their footage and then to get temporary access from the client for any troubleshooting needs.”
