Elite Named 2026 Monitoring Center of the Year

The Monitoring Association recognizes remote guarding firm for industry leadership and record-setting crime prevention results.

Elite Interactive Solutions has been named the 2026 Monitoring Center of the Year by The Monitoring Association.

The honor was announced during the 20th annual Excellence Awards at the association’s mid-year meeting. The program recognizes UL-Listed monitoring centers that demonstrate exceptional professional service, technological innovation and contributions to the security industry.

Independent judges evaluated candidates based on operational excellence, training protocols and the elimination of false dispatches. Elite’s Security Operations Command Center reported preventing more than 71,000 crimes in 2025. The company’s interventions led to more than 2,300 arrests and detainments, maintaining a 78% apprehension rate for events escalated to law enforcement.

The company utilizes an internal Law Enforcement Advisory Board consisting of former command staff to oversee training and dispatch protocols. This board coordinates with agencies nationwide to streamline communication between private monitoring and public emergency response. In 2025, the firm further expanded its leadership by appointing a former Los Angeles Police Department sergeant as chief security officer.

Beyond operational metrics, the award recognizes Elite’s involvement in industry standards. Company representatives serve on committees for both The Monitoring Association and the Security Industry Association. Recent initiatives included a 2025 industry townhall organized to support security channels following the Los Angeles wildfires.

The 2026 title follows several recent accolades for the firm, including the 2024 Monitoring Technology Marvel Award and its third consecutive Sales and Marketing Award.
