NAPCO Integrates MVP Access Platform With BadgePass

A new software partnership automates cloud-based credential printing and unifies door access permissions to streamline building security.

A new technology integration aims to streamline how organizations issue security credentials and manage building access.

NAPCO Security Technologies and BadgePass announced a partnership linking NAPCO's MVP-EZ and MVP Access cloud platforms with the BadgeHub credential management system. The software bridge allows companies to automatically synchronize cardholder data between systems, eliminating the need for security personnel to enter employee information into multiple databases.

Under the new framework, administrators can issue and print physical access cards directly through a mobile application. The mobile system automatically configures the employee's specific door permissions within the cloud security platform at the time of printing, removing the traditional step of manual panel programming.

The software compatibility applies across NAPCO's cloud tiers, which scale from mobile-centric systems for small facilities to multi-site enterprise platforms featuring custom administrative permissions and advanced data reporting. The infrastructure supports both wired access control panels and wireless locking hardware.

The update expands a growing ecosystem of third-party plugins for the platform, which currently includes video management integrations with Hanwha Vision and Digital Watchdog.

The integration is available immediately through authorized security dealers, locksmiths and systems integrators.
