The veteran association leader will spearhead membership recruitment and retention efforts for the security trade group.

The Security Industry Association has appointed Randy Clark as its new director of member services.

Clark will lead the association’s membership department, where he will oversee recruitment, retention and efforts to help companies maximize their membership investments. He brings more than 20 years of membership experience across trade, professional and consumer organizations to the role.

Before joining SIA, Clark worked as the director of corporate development for the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. In that position, he managed organizational growth, membership sales and the launch of new individual membership initiatives designed to expand revenue streams.

SIA leadership noted that Clark's decades of experience will help enhance member engagement and value as the organization continues to grow.
