SIA and PSA Partner to Launch Executive Leadership Program

A new six-week cohort initiative aims to prepare mid and senior security professionals for corporate C-suite roles.

Professional development across the security sector receives a new framework through a collaborative leadership initiative launched by the Security Industry Association and PSA.

The program, designated as The Table, aims to prepare mid-career and senior managers for executive positions within security organizations. Participating professionals complete virtual training modules, small-group scenario analysis and a joint capstone project focused on strategic problem-solving.

Applicants must be employed by either participating organization to qualify for entry. Participants are required to attend all virtual masterclass sessions alongside an in-person summit in New York City, where final team projects are presented before industry leaders.
