Allied Universal Adds Eight Companies Through 2026 Acquisitions
The acquired businesses account for approximately $205 million in annual revenue across three countries.

Allied Universal acquired eight security companies during the second and third quarters of 2026. The transactions add services spanning guarding, security technology, patrol and response, investigations, electronic monitoring and executive protection.
Collectively, the acquired businesses generate approximately $205 million in annual revenue. Four are based in the United States, two in Canada and two in the Netherlands. The transactions closed between May 1 and July 31.
Allied Universal identified the U.S. acquisitions as Aegis Protective Services, Admiral Security Services, Sentinel Offender Services and Black Box. The company identified Admiral Security Services as a guarding provider, but did not provide a city, state or other distinguishing details. The listed service areas for the four acquisitions include guarding, security technology, electronic monitoring and executive protection.
In Canada, Allied Universal acquired insurance claims and investigations firm Investigative Risk Management and guarding and security technology provider SSC. Its Netherlands acquisitions, Team Beveiliging and Uras Security, both provide patrol and response services.
