i-PRO Overhauls Americas Operations and Names New Regional Leadership

A regional restructuring divides operations into four units under newly appointed chief executive James Rothstein.

Security manufacturer i-PRO Co. Ltd. announced a regional reorganization across the Americas, establishing four operating units and naming James Rothstein regional president and chief executive officer.

The Americas division will operate through four entities: i-PRO Edge Technology, Video Insight, i-PRO Public Safety and i-PRO Medical Vision of Americas. Each unit will maintain dedicated leadership accountable for segment performance.

Rothstein will report to global President and Chief Executive Officer Masato Nakao. Rothstein joined the manufacturer in 2024 as an executive adviser and joined its board in 2025. He previously served as board chairman of the Security Industry Association and held executive roles with Anixter International and Tri-Ed Distribution.

Americas President Masami Eguchi will move to lead Video Insight. Nick Toth, formerly senior vice president of security, will lead Edge Technology.

Existing partner programs and distribution agreements remain unchanged. The restructuring takes effect Nov. 1.
