Dealers and Integrators

Implementing a Data-centric Approach

A company is much more complex than an IT department or a number of buildings. It is always evolving and adding more servers, buildings and systems, and therefore, obtaining more risk, costs and threats.

Metro Proof

The lock system of the Amsterdam underground is quite extensive and includes 2,574 cylinders. GVB was able to find and implement a system that solved their key issues as well as environmental issues.

It Matters Where Its Made

When you walk through the CyberLock facility with Tammy Davis, you truly get a sense of pride, responsibility and an amazing relationship she has developed within the community.

Monitoring Matters

If you are not familiar with Red Hawk Fire & Security, that’s too bad. The security and fire integrator has 35 locations nationwide, and has recently partnered with Affiliated (central station) Monitoring.

Securing the Joint

Securing the Joint

Call it what you will, marijuana, cannabis, weed, Mary Jane or pot, it’s creating a whole new gold rush for entrepreneurs in an emerging industry, including security products and services.

Experience at the Training Center

The best way to experience the latest in product technology is in a state-of-the-art showroom. And just as you can demo an extensive product line in a sleek Apple Store, SALTO Systems now offers a newly-opened showcase and training center located in the heart of New York City.

Transforming the Future

I’ve found over the past 21 years that there are many who enjoy talking to the media, and some who don’t. I like talking to those who, like their products, are open and transparent, or, in other words, have an open architecture.

Powered By Experience

Powered By Experience

In an industry increasingly dominated by massive organizations that grow larger with each merger or acquisition, end users find themselves faced with a dwindling number of choices when it comes to selecting a fire, life safety and security integrator.

Security From Scratch

Security From Scratch

More than 750,000 people pass through Grand Central Terminal every day. In addition to operating 24/7, and being one of the most visited tourist attractions in the United States, the terminal is a historic landmark with much of its structure more than 150 years old. These factors presented challenges for the installation of a new video monitoring and services network.

Invest In Marketing

Thriving businesses must continue to grow year over year to survive in the ever-evolving alarm industry. Over the course of a year, products and services change, customer needs evolve and public perception changes with the economy.

Running to Security

Running to Security

You are an integrator, and imagine you could have any installation job you wanted. What would you choose? Would it be a well-known company, or a prestigious location? What if you could have both?

A family-oriented municipality with a thriving business environment, the city of Cypress is home to 48,000 residents in North Orange County, Calif.

Random Campus Tragedies are Painful

An active shooter on campus has no rhyme or reason. When something stupid like this happens, everyone’s first question is: Why? Followed by: What was the motive?

Business Intelligence

Business Intelligence

Many industries have successfully implemented video surveillance and management systems in their manufacturing facilities as a way to reduce the risk of theft or vandalism.

Using Social Media

Thirty-seven percent of people in the United States bought one or more smart devices in 2015, and many of the people in this large consumer market are tech savvy – so how do you tap into them? Having a broad online presence with positive messaging can help take your business to the next level. But, you may ask, “How do I get started?”

Layered Approach

Layered Approach

The IT approach to layered security for systems, infrastructure and data is increasingly impacting the security department, and with good reason.

Ballet to Security

I admit there is not a lot in common between ballet and a security installation.
