Total Connect

Honeywell’s stand-alone version of its Total Connect technology allows security dealers to offer remote video monitoring capabilities with or without a security system. With the stand-alone version, customers can remotely access live video using Apple iPhone and iPad devices, desktop PCs and laptops. Dealers can install the company’s IP cameras that securely transmit data through the AlarmNet communications network via the Internet. Using the cameras’ built-in motion detection capabilities, customers can program the cameras to detect movement in selected areas.
