DSI Security Services Announces Promotions of George Plaza and Rich Hunter

DSI Security Services is pleased to announce two leadership promotions that reinforce the company’s continued investment in operational excellence, training, and compliance.

George Plaza has been promoted to National Training and Compliance Manager. Plaza most recently served as Jacksonville Branch Manager, where he led branch operations and supported client satisfaction, employee development, and performance standards. In his new role, Plaza will help strengthen DSI’s nationwide consistency in training, regulatory readiness, and compliance practices across all service lines.

Rich Hunter has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, South Division. Hunter previously served as a Regional Manager in Florida, overseeing multi-site operations and driving performance across a broad footprint. Hunter has been with DSI since 2001, bringing more than two decades of institutional knowledge and field leadership to his expanded responsibilities. As VP of Operations, South Division, Hunter will lead operational strategy and execution across the division, supporting teams and clients with a focus on service quality, accountability, and scalable growth.
