Alarm Lock Systems Inc.
New from Alarm Lock, the Trilogy® T2 DL2700LD with LocDown™ is ideal for K-12 school and campus security. This standalone wireless keyless digital access lock includes a lock-down keyfob, while the lock’s bright visual lockdown indicator bar on the inner door, confirms it was locked down. Using convenient digital PIN codes, the wireless standalone lock, features rugged Grade 1 durability, and can be installed in under an hour, neatly, affordably retrofitting any standard lockset. For multi-classroom users, up to 50 keyfobs can be supported on each lock and each keyfob can control up to four locks for remote lockdown activation, up to 100 feet away.

Camden Door Controls unveiled its SureWave™ CM-330 Series of active infrared, hands-free switches. All models are wireless ready and can function as area detectors with an operating range of up to six feet. This capability is an especially significant benefit for assisting the disabled and for applications such as at double shipping doors. SureWave™ CM-330 Series switches are ROHS and ADA compliant. The rugged construction and heavy duty relay rating make SureWave™ switches ideal for use on low-energy automatic doors, drive-up windows, and interior and exterior doors - virtually any door control application.

CM-110SK is a single door, multifunctional stand-alone keypad, with a Wiegand output for interfacing to an access control system. This unit supports up to 2000 users with a 4 digit PIN. The unit has many extra features including lock output current short circuit protection, anti-tamper, and a backlit keypad. Housed in a strong, vandal proof zinc alloy electroplated case; it's suitable for mounting in both indoor and harsh outdoor environments. The electronics are fully potted so the unit is waterproof and conforms to IP68.
Canon
Canon U.S.A. introduced the VB-H652LVE, its new infrared outdoor-ready Fixed Dome Network Camera which has a vandal-resistant, water-tight housing and optional heater unit making it suitable for installation in many climates. It is equipped with four built-in IR illuminators that enable video to be captured in little to no visible light, and an Auto Focus function for clear focusing on subjects both near and far away. It offers analog video output and installation controls for simple camera positioning during installation, and multiple power options including 24 V AC, 12 V DC, PoE and PoE+ provide further installation flexibility.
STANLEY Security
STANLEY Security announced the launch of BEST® SHELTER™, a responsive lockdown solution, designed specifically for educational K-12 business and healthcare environments. A multi-purpose fob permits a fast and easy lockdown of one door, hallway or entire building. The SHELTER network components can be configured to initiate a signal to a pre-installed access control system or alarm systems, allowing immediate communication with first responders. When the lock has been properly placed in lockdown mode, an interior light will show its lockdown status. The system can be configured from any web-browser thanks to the cloud-based software.
CINCH systems, Inc. announced Rampart Vehicle Barrier System controls with data collection functionality. The Rampart VBS is a high-security control and data (event) logging system for precise vehicle barrier/bollard and door/security gate management. The Rampart VBS utilizes patented End-To-End AES Encryption for secure system communication with a memory capacity to log and store 233 million entry/exit events—delivering reliable, split-second barrier activation with forensic data.
DATA-TRONIX
DATA-TRONIX announced a new hardware-based system for the distribution of HD audio/video content over existing IP networks. This solution means properties can now utilize the existing IP infrastructure to add HD video distribution without the additional expense of installing new wiring. The VidCasterIP system is designed for use in a wide variety of applications such as sports books, arenas, convention centers, conference rooms, retail, bars, and restaurants with large TV systems. Operation is as simple and intuitive as using an iPad or PC. The VidCasterIP system can be scaled to a matrix size of 40 HD inputs and as many as 176 HD display screens.
GoControl
The Z-Wave Home Security Suite Premium pairs with the Wink Hub (sold separately) to create a customizable, expandable home security system, all controllable via an Android or iOS app. This set includes three door-window sensors, a motion sensor, and a light/siren that warns intruders. Once the system is assembled and connected, you can survey activity and control reactions via your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet. Once the products are connected via the Wink Hub, you can sync sensors to other products to trigger actions, such as a light turning on when motion is detected.

Bosch, Genetec, and SecureXperts have collaborated in the design and development of an IP video solution that is resilient against unauthorized access, malware, brute force cracking and other exploit techniques. It uses Credentialed High Assurance Video Encryption (CHAVE™) technology to provide highly secure identification and authentication through multi-factor smart card credentials. This makes it ideal for mission critical applications and infrastructure protection.
Delta Scientific
Delta Scientific announced their new HC2055 anti-terrorist barrier. In an experiment, the electromechanically controlled anti-terrorist barricade decisively stopped a 15,000 pound test vehicle traveling at 51 miles per hour. The HD2055 barrier not only stops the vehicle but also contain any explosives on board. The new HD2055 barricade features an easy-to-install shallow foundation with an environmentally-friendly electromechanical actuator which utilizes a sophisticated cam design that accelerates and de-accelerates the barrier road plate during raising and lowering. This reduces the lifting and closing force down to zero at the end of each stroke, dramatically increasing the life of the lifting mechanism.

Safe Zone CM™ contains a specially formulated pepper gel that can temporarily incapacitate a violent assailant, allowing employees to evacuate or time for police to respond, without permanently injuring others. The pepper gel projects up to 25 feet — preventing the need to get close to an armed or violent person, yet won’t spread throughout the facility. Safe Zone CM is housed in a wall-mountable steel cabinet locked to prevent unauthorized access, but easily opened by designated personnel. URC introduced HomeSet, a streamlined system optimized for the home security solutions channel. This is a completely new system build from the ground up by URC— new technology, new hardware, new software. It utilizes cloud-based programming and maintenance, and offers cloud compatibility with other cloud-based systems. HomeSet integrates with Z-Wave devices, Nest®, SONOS® and hundreds of other popular devices, and can control up to eight rooms. The included HomeSet app is unique and allows rapid launching of up to eight embedded apps including full compatibility with control apps from every major security and alarm panel manufacturer.

Videotec have launched the ULISSE2, a new Full-IP generation of the renowned ULISSE PTZ range for outdoor surveillance. D-Link® announced it has expanded its DGS-1100 Series Smart Managed line of cost-effective Gigabit Ethernet switches with two new PoE models – the 10-port DGS-1100-10MP and the 26-port DGS-1100-26MP. Both models offer all the same features found in other DGS-1100 Series switches, including essential Layer 2 switching options, energy savings, and easy management. In addition, these two new D-Link Smart Managed switches have been designed with specific features meant specifically for IP surveillance applications, including a customized “Surveillance Mode” user interface.
