Fire-Lite Alarms by Honeywell is pleased to announce the addition of a new wireless relay module to the SWIFT® line of devices. The SWIFT® relay module expands wireless application opportunities to include the ability to activate a remote power supply and NAC expander, conduct elevator recall or power shutdown, and trigger door holders. Eliminating wires saves time and money on installation, making SWIFT® an efficient fire solution. A single relay module may be used to activate one output device, or two relay modules can be used in parallel to activate multiple devices.

Antaira Technologies’ LMX-0800 series is an 8-port industrial managed Ethernet switch that supports a 12-48VDC power input range. Each unit is designed with eight 10/100Tx Fast Ethernet ports that provide a high EFT, surge (2,000VDC), and ESD (6,000VDC) protection. It is also built with a dual power input design and a reverse polarity protection. There is also a built-in relay warning function to alert maintainers when power failures occur. Canon U.S.A. introduced the VB-H652LVE, its new infrared outdoor-ready Fixed Dome Network Camera which has a vandal-resistant, water-tight housing and optional heater unit making it suitable for installation in many climates. It is equipped with four built-in IR illuminators that enable video to be captured in little to no visible light, and an Auto Focus function for clear focusing on subjects both near and far away. It offers analog video output and installation controls for simple camera positioning during installation, and multiple power options including 24 V AC, 12 V DC, PoE and PoE+ provide further installation flexibility.

The PIR-T15 is a high performance triple mirror passive infrared detector designed for both indoor and outdoor intruder applications. Tyco Security Products has introduced the 4.8.1 version of American Dynamics victor Video Management System and VideoEdge intelligent network video recorders. The newest version of victor gives video management system operators the ability to schedule video clip retrieval for a later time during off-peak network usage hours to improve bandwidth management. Incident builder allows users to correlate video evidence for a complete event presentation and operators and guards can create bookmarks along with notes when something observed. Notes, images and other documents can be added to a single file along with clips that have been stitched together for succinct video evidence of an event.

OHD Anywhere is a new smart device enabled garage door controller that allows homeowners to remotely monitor, as well as change, the open/close position of a garage door from their compatible smart device. Along with the Wi-Fi® control module, OHD Anywhere™ comes with a door position sensor that attaches to the garage door itself. The sensor relays any change in its position to the control module, allowing the homeowner to know whether the door is open or closed via a signal to their smart device. One sensor comes standard with the unit; additional sensors can be purchased to monitor up to three doors.
