Honeywell’s VISTA Automation Module (VAM) enables security dealers to offer affordable home automation to customers who own VISTA security systems. The VAM can control up to 40 Z-Wave devices, including thermostats, locks and light fixtures, to help installers more easily create connected homes with security technology at the core. The VAM supports up to six cameras, and a built-in web server allows homeowners to control the VAM and view live video using any web-supported device while on the premises. Additionally, consumers using Honeywell Total Connect Remote Services can control the system remotely from anywhere, at any time.

Honeywell’s equIP Series of IP-network cameras give dealers a broad portfolio of options for residential and commercial surveillance needs. equIP Series is a family of IP-ready products, including microdome, box cameras, indoor IR done, indoor dome, and rugged that integrate with DVRs and NVRs for complete video management. All cameras in the suite use Honeywell technology for camera video motion detection, tamper detection, remote firmware updating and for security storage of camera settings. The cameras provide high-definition picture, efficiency and real-time video. The equIP Series complies with open-integration standards, including PSIA and ONVIF, to integrate seamlessly with existing analog cameras.

The Access Control Server from Stanley Security allows for easy management of software with the pre-installed Intelli-M access management software. Additionally, the Access Control Server (ACS) provides the following features: support for up to 32 doors; hardware that includes professional-grade hard drives and an internal flash drive for durability and easy recovery; pre-installed ACS with Microsoft Windows 7 Professional operating system; pre-installed special utilities, designed to support automatic backup and database management capabilities; a server that comes complete with Intelli-M Access Software with an unlimited door license, pre-installed, pre-configured and fully licensed and more.

The Integrated Door Controller (QIC) is powered over Ethernet and provides perimeter control for the facility. STI’s Wireless Doorbell Button with 4-Channel Voice Receiver (STI-V34600) conveniently lets users know when a guest or customer is waiting. When the doorbell button is activated, it sends a wireless radio signal to the voice receiver. The receiver sounds a programmable voice message; select from ten tones/tunes and 53 selectable words (speaks up to four words for each transmitter) in English or Spanish. The product features 500’ range (line of sight) and is supervised for low battery and connection.

This STI Universal Stopper (STI-13420FR) helps prevent false fire alarms while it guards against accidental or intentional physical damage. The interior horn is triggered when the cover is lifted, attracting attention before the pull station is activated. The indoor/outdoor clear polycarbonate cover is a waterproof Type 4X cover with a 105 dB horn, enclosed back box and sealed mounting plate. It is sized to fit most pull stations and has a high strength continuous hinge. Other mounting options include surface or flush and with or without a horn. The product is designed to comply with ADA (less than 4 inches in depth) and is UL/cUL Listed.

RGB Spectrum
The Hydra Multi-channel Scaler offers multiple capabilities including pan/zoom, format conversion, and even scaling of DVI dual-link to single-link. The compact multi-channel system consists of up to eight independent scaler/converter units housed in a 2RU chassis, which features a space-saving design and a single power connection. An intuitive control interface streamlines control of the system, while internal switching allows the scaler to route any input to multiple outputs each with unique scaling, format, and timing settings. In addition, the HDCP-compliant Hydra scaler both processes content-protected DVI and HDMI signals and supports embedded audio pass-through.
Continental Access
The CA3000 version 2.9 software provides robust access control functionality and seamless integration with alarms, locking and a growing list of video systems, while also offering a host of many new features including the ability to run the CardAccess 3000 and associated applications as Windows services and the ability to control access to the CardAccess GUI using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). Support for Continental’s new Super-Speed 16 door Accelaterm Controller is also available. Plus, more video integration partners have been added to their list, now including Pelco, HiTron, Milestone, Dedicated Micros, Salient and Integral.
Medeco Security Locks
Medeco’s Deadbolt Selector, an online tool, first determines if the customer requires commercial or residential-grade locks. Then, users choose the function they prefer: Single Cylinder, which uses a thumbturn on the inside of the lock; Double Cylinder, which uses a key on both sides of the door to lock and unlock; or a Removeable Thrumburn, which uses a thumbturn on the inside that can be easily removed. Users are then able to choose the backset they require along with either a rectangular or round latch. Lastly, by choosing a finish from the array of different colors, the customer is given the proper deadbolt part number and submits the information to receive an estimate that will be forwarded to the Medeco Service Center closest to the customer’s zip code.
HID Global
HID Global’s iCLASS SE platform enables customers to future-proof their access control systems while simplifying how identities are created, used and managed, across a broad range of applications using smart cards, smartphones and other mobile devices. The platform includes eco-friendly, field upgradeable readers that support Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP), smart cards and microprocessor based cards, including iCLASS Seos credentials that are portable for use on smartphones. HID Global’s iCLASS SE Encoder enables organizations to encode and instantly issue cards using a single device. The multi-technology encoder gives organizations the convenience of encoding a broad range of current and future technologies.
CyberLock
The CyberKey Air is a programmable smart key that can be uploaded with key-holder schedules and permissions for accessing CyberLock electronic cylinders. The battery from the key energizes the electronics within a CyberLock cylinder allowing for locks to be installed virtually anywhere without power or wiring. The CyberKey Air is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing for wireless key programming of access schedules and permissions as well as real-time tracking and reporting of access events.
ATV
ATV offers two specialty cameras: IPMC2M & IPMC2MA. Both cameras come with a 2MP, 1600 x 1200 resolution for clear video quality and are ONIF compliant for network video interoperability. The cameras feature H.264 compression, a fixed 2.6mm wide angle lens and both PoE and 5VDC power. They provide triple video streaming and a Micro-SD card slot for local on-board camera recording. The IPMC2MA is equipped with PIR motion sensor and two-way audio.

Honeywell’s newest WIN-PAK integrated security system software allows integrators to more easily create a connected business environment to meet a broad spectrum of user needs, ranging from entry level to large, multi-location applications. The three versions of WIN-PAK 4.0 accommodate a range of needs, from access control only to a fully integrated security system, depending on a user’s requirements. Honeywell further expanded its portfolio with two releases that complement the WIN-PAK 4.0 software suite: the new Software Maintenance Upgrade (SMU) program and the PRO3200 access control panel.

Geutebruck’s professional IP thermal cameras are ideal for unobtrusive video surveillance or video motion detection in total darkness, mist or smoke. Canon S-series ultra-compact IP security cameras are designed for full HD indoor video monitoring in sectors such as retail, education, commercial, and hospitality. PoE and ONVIF Profile-S Conformance enable system integrators to easily install all four of the lightweight full HD cameras as part of a new or existing security network. Cameras include four microdome models—the VB-S30D PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom), the VB-S31D PT (pan-tilt), and the VB-S800D—and one “box” style camera, the VB-S900F. High-sensitivity CMOS sensors, large-apertures, wide-angle lenses, and dual Canon DIGIC processors provide these Canon S-series IP security cameras with a combination of full HD resolution, detailed image quality, wide-angle of view and excellent low-light performance.

Bilco’s CNIguard intrusion detection system is specifically designed to protect access points in drinking water distribution systems against the threat of intentional contamination. The system uses a patented Smart Sensing Technology to detect tampering such as drilling, grinding and cutting, while virtually eliminating costly false alarms. The computerized system has the ability to distinguish between real threats and common occurrences such as heavy rain and hail and is rated for a maximum of one false alarm per year. CNIguard does not rely on human interpretation to determine if a threat is real.
