National Restaurant Chain Chooses Envysion’s Managed Video As A Service

Envysion Inc., a provider of Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS), recently announced it has begun rolling out a phased implementation of its Envysion Video MVaaS system for Captain D's seafood restaurants, which operates more than 550 quick-serve seafood restaurants in 25 states and internationally.

Envysion Video is a Web-based video management service that provides operators of multi-unit businesses easy remote access to live and recorded video that can integrate with point of sale and other business systems and that enables reporting and alerts across all of a company's locations.

"We are always looking for ways to improve our operations," said Rusty Martin, director of information services for Captain D's. "We chose Envysion Video because we believe it not only will help us increase our profitability, but will direct our attention to ways we can improve our customers' experience and deliver on the Captain D's brand promise."

Envysion Video is a Web-based video management that goes beyond video surveillance. Envysion provides demonstrable results, enabling customers to improve profitability and the customer experience. Envysion leverages the MVaaS platform, which is scalable, centrally managed and does not strain customers' IT staff or network.

"The Captain D's restaurants pride themselves on delivering a consistent, high quality dining experience," said Matt Steinfort, CEO of Envysion. "Our service can support Captain D's in their mission to provide a positive experience to the customer as well as to improve their bottom line."
