3VR Announces Integration With Schlage’s bright blue Intelligent Access Management System

3VR Security Inc., the searchable surveillance platform, recently announced new integration with Schlage’s bright blue intelligent access management software.

The solution allows users of bright blue’s Web-based access control system to search and manage video in a new, simple video interface using 3VR’s searchable surveillance technology. The integration furthermore underscores both 3VR and Schlage’s commitment to delivering plug-and-play solutions that support a broad range of common surveillance systems and cameras.

Launched in February, bright blue is the first embedded network appliance to give small business owners the ability to access and manage points of entry from the Web. Supporting up to 32 doors and 5,000 cardholders, the system offers an intuitive user interface, simple implementation and compatibility with Schlage card readers, VIP and wireless locks and most common third-party card readers.

3VR combines video analysis, search and intelligent video management in an integrated surveillance solution that prevents fraud and enables efficient investigations. Using the plug-and-play approach, 3VR and bright blue make it possible for business owners and security personnel to quickly and easily find video clips by searching the transactions of persons passing through access control checkpoints.

With each card swipe, data is sent directly into the 3VR system, where it is indexed and linked to the associated video. Ideally tailored to small/medium-sized businesses, the integration features a simple and usable interface, is quick to install and integrates hassle-free with a variety of hardware options, vastly reducing implementation costs.
