North American Video Achieves Honeywell Platinum Level Certification

North American Video (NAV) has achieved Platinum Level status in the Honeywell Integrated Security Dealer Service Certification program.

The top-level designation recognizes NAV's substantial investment in implementing programs, processes, tools and training to ensure superior support and services to end-user customers.

Platinum Level certification recognizes fulfillment of the highest level of requirements related to the number of NAV system technicians trained in Honeywell’s Pro-Watch security management platform and video management systems and NAV staff members who hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM).

“Our achievement of Honeywell Platinum Level status is evidence of our continuing pledge and commitment to provide unsurpassed service to our clients,” said Jason Oakley CEO of North American Video. “We will continue to commit the resources to build our enterprise level access control and IT capabilities.”

Benefits of Platinum Level status in Honeywell's Dealer Service Certification program include access to vertical marketing tools, sales support, customized product/application training, and a library of CAD product drawings in digital format.

Platinum-certified dealers such as NAV also use a special toll-free number, have access to a technical support database, are invited to participate in new product trials and beta testing, and can utilize “train-the-trainer” customized programs. Other benefits include a premium listing on the Honeywell website and access to quarterly communications. Platinum integrators may also participate on Honeywell's Dealer Advisory Board to help set the course for business and industry. A Platinum Level certification plaque recognizes the achievement.

“We applaud NAV's diligence in achieving this designation and welcome them to the ranks of our Platinum Level integrators,” said Scott Harkins, president of  Honeywell Systems Group. “NAV's Platinum Level certification is evidence of their commitment to delivering high quality service and support that meet and exceed customers' expectations.”
