Apriva Signs Just Squeezed For Its Cashless Payments Solutions

Apriva, a provider of end-to-end wireless transactions and secure information solutions, announced that Just Squeezed, a provider of freshly-squeezed orange juice sold through vending machines, has agreed to integrate the Apriva Vend cashless payments solution at strategic locations across its network. Just Squeezed expects to begin rolling out Apriva Vend later this year.

Headquartered near Seattle, each Just Squeezed vending machine squeezes the juice out of fresh oranges on every order. The company has a number of locations across the country, including hospitals, office buildings, schools and retail areas.

“We are delighted to work with Just Squeezed and ensure that their customers have the flexibility to purchase products by any means they prefer,” said Stacey Finley Tappin, vice president of sales for Apriva. “Many vending operators are embracing cashless technology as a cost-effective vehicle to increase sales, lower expenses, improve profitability and enhance customer service. We expect that Just Squeezed will experience all of these business benefits. And equally important, their customers will greatly appreciate the ability to make purchases by card.”

An end-to-end service, Apriva Vend delivers all necessary hardware, software, payment processing technologies, carrier services, and back end systems to vending operators.

“We looked at many options for integrating cashless technology into our business, and Apriva Vend offered the most flexibility and reliability by far,” said Dmitry Churilov, managing director for Just Squeezed. “Other providers required that we use their financial institutions, which would have forced us into a subservient role where we’d have to wait days for settlements. Apriva Vend gives us the freedom to use our existing banking relationships to process cashless sales. This flexibility not only improves cash flow and simplifies operations, it gives us the ability to retain control of our business.”
