Brivo and SALTO Systems Launch Business Partnership

The combined solution of Brivo and SALTO offers an unprecedented level of power, flexibility and affordability.

Brivo Systems LLC, leader in cloud applications for security management, announced that it has formed a corporate business partnership with SALTO Systems, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brivo Systems offers cloud-based physical access control and video systems for a wide array of vertical market applications. Through this new partnership, SALTO wireless locking devices will supplement Brivo’s portfolio of access control and video solutions and support its on-going pursuit of lowering total cost of ownership for its access control customers.

SALTO is a recognized world leader in providing the most advanced RFID access control system. Its products, including the SALTO Virtual Control Network (SVN) System, are the access option of choice for more than one million doors in over 70 countries.

SALTO devices communicate wirelessly with Brivo ACS WebService and Aparato access control systems. Without needing to wire each door, Brivo customers can remotely control and monitor online doors within a real-time, unified management system.

The online wireless devices require minimal set up time, which dramatically reduces installation costs; and they permit the use of existing credentials, avoiding expensive migration expenses. The devices also ensure future-proofing with smart card technologies.

“We are pleased to partner with such a strong innovation leader in wireless locking systems,” remarked Brivo, President & CEO Steve Van Till. “SALTO SALLIS technology combined with Brivo cloud access control systems will create a comprehensive security solution that will provide our end users an unprecedented level of power, flexibility, and affordability.”

“The integration between Brivo’s web-hosted solutions and cloud-based platform and SALTO electronic locks will bring many benefits to both the existing end users and new, upcoming projects,” added Michael J. Mahon, Senior VP Commercial Sales of SALTO Systems.
