Lutron to Announce Advanced Integration Capabilities with Leading Security Manufacturers

Lutron to Announce Advanced Integration Capabilities with Leading Security ManufacturersThousands of home security professionals are expected to see new integration solutions designed to grow their business from lighting control pioneer Lutron Electronics in booth #14125 at the ISC West tradeshow, April 10-12 in Las Vegas, Nev.

Lutron will be showing attendees how to integrate its wireless RadioRA 2 total home control system, with products from several security manufacturers, to create a more secure and connected home environment.

“Homeowners have seen and read about home automation and know it’s possible to control several devices in their homes,” said Rich Black, director, residential product management and business development at Lutron. “Adding a Lutron control system is a win for homeowners— not only can lights and shades provide visual alerts during an intrusion, but combining light, shade, and temperature control adds energy and convenience benefits that they will enjoy every day.”

In addition to showing a range of products and solutions that integrate with security systems and create a connected home environment, Lutron will be offering 15-minute, in-booth, training sessions throughout the show. Sessions include “Growing Your Business with Lutron” and individual sessions on integrating a RadioRA 2 system with Alarm.com, DSC, Elk, HAI, and Honeywell products.

A RadioRA 2 starter solution package will be given away at the end of each session.

“We’re looking forward to showing security dealers how simple it is to introduce this control and exceed the expectations of their customers,” said Black.
