“The Govies are a young product awards contest considering all contests that are available, but this year’s entries are mature products that fully make a difference in government security,” said Ralph C. Jensen, editor-in-chief of Security Products magazine and content director of GovSec. “The technology and experience that proliferates the security industry is both dynamic and an assured commitment on the part of the manufacturers to provide a more secure world.”

In addition to being honored at GovSec, the winners will be featured on the Security Products website, security-today.com, and highlighted in a future issue of Security Products magazine. The magazine is distributed to more than 65,000* subscribers monthly as well as at trade events including GovSec.
