SIA Announces Call for Submissions for ISC East 2013SIA Announces Call for Submissions for ISC East 2013The Security Industry Association (SIA) announced today that the SIA Education@ISC team seeks quality session proposals for ISC East 2013, which will be held November 20-21 at the Javits Conference Center in New York City. The deadline to submit is Monday, June 17.

SIA Education@ISC delivers high-quality, commercial-free content and insight into the most relevant new products, technologies and strategies in today's evolving security market -- and their applications in commercial, residential, institutional and public settings. At ISC East, the educational program is free of charge to all ISC East expo and conference attendees, and sessions are generally delivered right from the show floor.

Session content is designed for two groups: dealers/installers/integrators and end-users. Special consideration is given to those session proposals that include multiple — possibly competing — perspectives on an issue. All educational sessions must be commercial-free; presenters are prohibited from marketing products or services through the sessions.
